Participation conditions

1. Participation with stand

Stand at the exhibition (indoor/outdoor exhibition area).
Min. indoor stand: Equipped Stand – 8 m² , Space Only – 20 m², Outdoor Space – 15 m².

Includes:

· Free visiting of exhibition business programme events;

· Exhibition badges (1 badge for every 3 m²);

· Exhibition catalogue entry (max. 900 characters);

· Exhibitor Information on exhibition web-site;

· Exhibitor package (including 1 copy of the exhibition catalogue);

· Parking place for 1 car;

· External exhibition report.

2. Participation without stand
Includes:

• Exhibition catalogue entry (max. 900 characters);
• Exhibitor Information on exhibition web-site;
• Exhibitor package (including 1 copy of the exhibition catalogue);
• Distribution of advertising materials on information desk;
• Radio announcements in exhibition pavilion during the exhibition, min. 2 announcements a day;
• External exhibition report.

3. Accreditation
Includes:

· Free visiting of the exhibition during exhibition hours, participation in exhibition business programme for 1 person;

• Free visiting of exhibition business programme events;
• Exhibition catalogue entry (max. 900 characters);
• Exhibitor Information on exhibition web-site;
• Exhibitor package (including 1 copy of the exhibition catalogue);
• Parking place for 1 car;
• External exhibition report.

Stand types

1. Equipped Stand

Min. 8 m²
Includes: exhibition space, rare and side wall panels, tables and chairs, carpeting, waste bin, front fascia panel (max. 20 symbols), general security, one cleaning, liability insurance

2. Space Only

Includes: exhibition space, general security, aisle cleaning, liability insurance

The stand equipment depends on the stand size:
